3. No Refund for Visa Rejection
- Visa rejection is not eligible for any refund
- Embassy decisions are final and beyond our control
- Fees paid for consultancy services are non-refundable in case of rejection
4. Service Fee Refund Rules
- If service has NOT been started
- If no documentation or processing work has been initiated
- If cancellation request is made before processing begins
Once work starts, no refund will be issued.
5. Embassy & Third-Party Fees
All embassy fees, visa fees, and third-party charges are strictly non-refundable.
These payments are made directly or indirectly to external authorities.

7. Fraud or Misuse Cases
- False or misleading documents submitted
- Violation of terms & conditions
- Fraudulent activity detected
- Incorrect information provided by client

8. Processing Work Started Condition
- Document preparation started
- Application submission completed
- Consultancy processing initiated
- Embassy appointment booked
Once any of the above starts, the service is considered active and non-refundable.
